Gary D. Bennett, Esq.
Gary has over 45 years of experience in the areas of real estate, land use, business transactions, contract litigation, and estate administration. Gary is a 1974 graduate of Virginia Tech and a 1978 graduate of Seton Hall Law School and is admitted to practice law throughout the State of New Jersey.
Gary has served as a municipal attorney, municipal court judge, and zoning board attorney. Gary prides himself on his reputation as a fair and honest member of the bar who is respected by members of the bench and bar as well as his clients.
Gary has a vast client list that includes major national corporations, small businesses, a bank, and individuals throughout New Jersey.
Paul V. Buono, Esq.
Paul has over 19 years of experience in the areas of real estate, landlord-tenant law, business transactions, contract litigation, and criminal defense. Paul is a 2004 graduate of Thomas Jefferson Law School and is admitted to practice law throughout the State of New Jersey.
Paul believes that attention to detail, responsiveness, and a straightforward approach is essential to the attorney-client relationship. He is a skilled negotiator and always a zealous advocate.
Paul helps advise and consult with clients on regulatory and administrative legal issues regarding a variety of legal topics including the review of real estate contracts (Commercial and Residential), handles a vast number of landlord-tenant cases including lease review for both commercial and residential leases, construction contract drafting, Zoning and Planning Board issues, Corporate & Business law. Since 2014 to Present Paul has also been the Kearny Municipal Public Defender.
