Headquartered in Kearny New Jersey, Koch, Koch, Bennett & Buono, LLC was originally formed by Frank Koch, Esq. in 1898. In 1929 Calvin S. Koch joined the firm and helped to facilitate a focus and specialization in real estate matters and represented local banks. The firm was then known as Koch & Koch. In 1963 Calvin S. Koch, Jr. also joined the firm and continued the family’s legal services to the community. In 1978, Gary D. Bennett, Esq. joined the firm and expanded the practice while serving as a municipal attorney, municipal court judge, and zoning board attorney.  Being immediately made a partner the firm was then known as Koch, Koch & Bennett. In 2004, Paul V. Buono, Esq. joined the firm and helped carry along the ethical and diligent representation of clients by providing a service to the community and keeping clients informed of their rights.  In 2013 the firm name was changed from Koch, Koch & Bennett to Koch, Koch, Bennett & Buono when Paul became a partner in the firm.

Today, Koch, Koch, Bennett & Buono represents individual and commercial clients throughout the State of New Jersey. Our firm continues to specialize in all real property and land use related matters including purchases and sales of commercial, industrial, and residential real estate, zoning and planning board applications, and landlord-tenant matters. Our firm also provides services related to estate administration and planning, municipal court matters, collections, and business transactions including liquor license transfers.
