Municipal Court Matters

Representing corporate and individual clients in the preparation, filing, and presentation of various zoning and planning board applications for development primarily in the West Hudson/South Bergen Area.

Estate Planning and Administration

Representing clients in the formation, transfer, or dissolution of business entities primarily focusing on real estate holding companies, liquor license holders, and franchisees.

Real Estate

Handling a varying number of Municipal court matters such as Motor vehicle violations including DUI/DWI charges, driving on the revoked list, speeding tickets and other point related offenses or chances of license suspensions. We also handle minor criminal matters or “disorderly persons” offense such as minor drug offenses, shoplifting cases and other criminal charges.

Representing Executors and Administrators regarding estate administration including compliance with New Jersey Inheritance Tax requirements. Preparation & drafting of estate planning documents including Last Will and Testament, Power of Attorney, and Living Will and Healthcare Proxy.
